What you’ll do - Internship Responsibilities
- Participate in complex transactions across industries and products such as IPOs, bond offerings and mergers and acquisitions
- Assist in covering new and existing clients
- Build and/or maintain advanced financial models for companies
- Prepare documentation in relation to financial transactions, including investor presentations, term sheets, press releases and prospectuses
- Interact with company top management, investors and experts within relevant sectors
- Perform market and company research to support credit and equity cases
Who we’re looking for - Your profile
We are looking for curious and driven students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. While backgrounds in finance, business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or other quantitative fields may be particularly relevant, all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.

- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language
