ABG Sundal Collier is currently seeking a student to join our reception in Oslo as a part-time administrative assistant.
About the role
- Staffing the reception desk and greeting clients
- Facilitating meetings and ensuring all preparations are completed on time
- Managing the meeting rooms, including maintenance and organization
- Organizing lunch and ensuring coffee, refreshments, and other essentials are available
- Helping maintain the premises to ensure the office space is polished and professional
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, managing office supplies, printing, and handling internal mail and correspondence

Qualifications
- Must be a first- or second-year student (BSc. degree)
- Structured and organized
- Outgoing and adaptable, thriving in a young and fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Team player, highly motivated and capable of maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Norwegian and English)
- Previous experience or education within customer service or reception is desired
