ABG Business Management (“ABGBM”) is a licensed accounting firm established in June 2018. ABGBM provides business management services for real estate companies facilitated by its parent company, ABG Project Finance (“ABGPF”). Since 2017, ABGPF has facilitated projects worth approximately NOK 25.5 billion. The companies are part of ABG Sundal Collier, and share the same office space in Vika, Oslo.

ABGBM is experiencing a high demand for new assignments and is therefore looking to hire a part-time employee. As a part-time employee, you will actively participate in commercial tasks related to the company’s operations while being responsible for the accounting of a portfolio of real estate companies. Initially, you will assist the projects' Business Manager. The role involves close collaboration with ABGPF and reports to the Managing Director and/or the projects' Business Manager. You will be required to work 1–2 days per week during busy periods. If needed, you will be granted time off in the months leading up to exams.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on a portfolio of real estate companies, including:
• Preparation of financial statements and assistance with tax filings, budgets, and valuations
• Handling tax and VAT-related matters
• Reporting to the board and shareholders
• Communication with investors, lawyers, and auditors
• Assisting ABGPF with real estate transactions, including company formations, capital changes, changes in corporate structures, liquidations, and sales

Qualifications:

• Higher education in economics (3rd–4th year students), preferably in auditing, accounting, or finance
• Interest in accounting, taxation, and corporate law
• Preferably knowledge of consolidated financial statements (not required)
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian
• Based in or around Oslo
