We are currently seeking part-time employees for our Investment Banking division.

ABGSC is a market leader in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions in the Nordics. Our clients range from Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors, and international companies to inspiring growth companies in a wide range of industries.
In the Investment Banking division in Copenhagen, you will participate in processes including M&A, trade sales, private placements, IPOs, and other capital market transactions. The role will include company and industry analysis, valuation, preparation of presentations and other marketing material, and documentation such as prospectuses and information memorandums.
Candidate profile:
- Preferably ~2 years until graduation (not a requirement)
- Currently studying, or have recently completed, a relevant bachelor's degree (economics and business administration, industrial economics and technology management, finance, accounting, engineering, or equivalent), with strong academic results, and planning to start a master’s degree in the summer of 2025.
- Highly motivated, strong analytical and theoretical skills, creative, commercially orientated, with good communication skills
- Proficiency in English and a Nordic language
